Add New Payment Method
How to add a payment method type to an Online Billing Account
To make a new payment method available to online accounts:
- Access The Great American bill payment website or
Select 'Add New Payment' under Payment Method when making a payment
- Enter Account Login information, Username and Password for the Online Account
- Select 'Store Payment Information'
- Enter Payment Type (Bank account or Credit Card)
- Enter Payment Details
- Select 'Store Payment Information' to save the information
- After creating the new payment method, you will be able to make a payment via this site, or select 'Bill & Pay in top left corner to return to the mobile application and make a payment with the new payment method
